CAPTIONS Rihanna Rihanna wore a baggy pants suit by designer Riccardo Tisci to the Givenchy show. Emilio Pucci designer Peter Dundas is quoted saying, “She’s an amplified version of what a lot of girls want to look like, but she’s always a step ahead of the game.” That was certainly true at Paris Fashion Week , where she was a regular in the front row, always dressed to the nines, or even tens, in something that put a fresh spin on whatever designer’s collection she was there to see. Also PHOTOS: Celebrities at Paris Fashion Week At Chanel , she rocked sneakers from the January Chanel haute couture collection and managed to make a ladylike suit look edgy with a belt bag. At Dior, she worked a sexy French maid look in a red fur coat and black negligee-style dress with stockings and garters, bringing some sex appeal to a show that hasn’t had much under designer Raf Simons. At Givenchy , she chose a baggy pants suit by designer Riccardo Tisci that hinted at the baggy trousers trend coming around for next season. She was ahead of the game at Lanvin , too, in soft jogging pants, a sculpted charcoal blazer, fur scarf, fedora and lace-up shoes that matched designer Alber Elbaz’s new streetwise attitude for fall. For Balmain , where Rihanna fronts the spring 2014 ad campaign, she looked ready for battle in an army green pencil skirt, flak jacket and coat. Also on display? Her not-so-secret weapon: a heady dose of cleavage.
